A little bit about me
Hi, I’m Julie Kennedy. With over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer and 4 years as an integrative health practitioner, I specialize in helping women reconnect with their bodies and embrace their feminine nature. My mission is to guide women toward true self love, balanced hormones, pain-free periods, and a healthier stronger body, while living a balanced lifestyle.
For years, I personally struggled with painful periods, hormone imbalances, and chronic inflammation. After feeling let down by the medical system, I decided to take matters into my own hands. In 2021, I went back to school to become an integrative health practitioner, using holistic approaches to heal my body and reclaim my health.
Now, I’m here to help women who are walking a similar path—those who dread their periods every month, feel disconnected from their bodies, and are seeking relief and empowerment. Through my online coaching, personal training, or signature program, Menstruation Makeover (coming soon), I provide practical tools, guidance, and support to help you transform your health and your life.
