At Alpine Fitness in Alpine, California, I offer in-person personal training services designed to help clients achieve their fitness goals with tailored exercise programs. In addition to personal training, I provide online wellness coaching for women seeking to reconnect and re-balance their bodies. I have been working with Julie for nearly 3 yrs. Julie is not only my Personal Trainer, but we have become great friends. She is so Down to Earth, Leveled Headed and Genuine. I had some anxiety going into this program since the menstrual cycle is not something usually talked about in my world. I struggled for many years with pain during my period, taking multiple over the counter drugs to help with the pain. I was very happy and surprised to have learned so much about all the phases of the cycle and what to expect with each phase. In addition, Julie provides tips on how to take care of your body week by week and provides tips on what to eat and even gives examples of supplements she has tried herself. Her hot chocolate recipe is so yummy!! She is so patient and knowledgeable. I’m happy to report after applying what I learned from this course, I was so surprised to have decreased my intake of anti-inflammatory drugs to zero after the 2nd month! If you are looking to gain a better understanding about how the body functions and how the liver, toxins, stress, gut health and emotions all contribute to the menstrual cycle, do not hesitate to join this program! I’m so thankful to Julie and this course and as weird as it may sound, I’m now looking forward to my next period.
